Maintenance

We have it walked through by maintenance & the leasing team to make sure our standards are met and apartments are clean.

Yes, we have on-site maintenance and 24/7 emergency maintenance.

If you have an issue with an item in your apartment, please submit a maintenance request through your resident portal.

You will be contacted within 48 hours from the time the work order is submitted.

No, you can give PTE (permission to enter) through your work order request.

During office hours If you are locked out please call the office to resolve the issue. If it is after office hours please contact a locksmith.

Yes, as long as the integrity of the apartment stays intact.

Amenities

We have two pools, spa, 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse/game room, dog park, fire pit, grilling stations, and so much more.

Uncovered parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Each unit is assigned either a carport, attached garage or detached garage.

Washer, dryer, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave are all standard appliances in the apartments.

We love pets! Check out our pet policy for more information regarding pet limits, restrictions, and fees.

There is a $350 non refundable deposit and $50 monthly per pet rent up to 2 pets.

We do not have a weight limit, we have the standard aggressive breed restriction.

Yes we have a pet park!

We offer 6 month to 12 month lease terms.

Yes, we will be working with corporate leases.

We do not accept packages in the office, however we do have a package lockers for delivery and pickup.

We offer a 24 hour fitness center.

We have treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, leg presses, stair-masters, free weights and resistance machines.

Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. There is the ability to reserve the clubhouse.

Admin

It does not cost anything to tour our apartments.

We recommend making an appointment so you don't have to wait but we do take walk-ins as well!

The management team is onsite so you can access them easily.

Move in costs are based on lease start date, deposits and current specials.

We are currently working with Flex, otherwise rent is due monthly on the first through the resident portal.

You can pay rent online through the residential portal found on our property website.

Besides rent all residents will pay for water and sewer, amenity fee, pet charges and electric/ cable is billed directly to the resident.

No it is not required to provide renter's insurance. The property as part of the amenity fee provides general liability but should you wish to insure your personal belongings then it is recommended.

Utilities are billed through Conservice and paid with rent each month.

Electric is set up with SRP via phone or online. Internet/Cable is through Cox Communications.

Yes, if you refer a friend and they lease with us you get a $500 rent credit. Contact the leasing office for details and restrictions.

No, there is no price reduction for longer lease terms. Monthly charges are due and only accepted on the first of the month.

No, subleasing is not permitted. All occupants must sign and be on the lease as well as have screening run by the office staff.

Residents must give a 60 day notice and abide by ther termination as outlined in the lease.

The Laurel is conveniently located close to nearby shopping, downtown Chandler, Major area employers such as Intel, Northrop Grumman, and Microchip as well as easy access to the loop 202 and loop 101.

We are a part of the Chandler Unified School District. Chandler offers open enrollment to all of their schools. Please visit their website for more details.

We have one just steps outside your door!

The Paseo Trail is less than 5 miles away and is a 10 foot wide multi use pathway that is very popular with walkers, joggers, stroller-pushers, and even horseback riders.
